Job description

Lead and support the full D &A team in securing high quality customer service.
This will contribute to consumers' perception of the IKEA Brand and the IKEA
retailer as a high-quality and affordable home furnishing specialist.
* To lead the Delivery & Assembly department and work with the Logistics to ensure customer expectations are met and goods assembled & delivered as per agreed timeline.
* Establish and maintain service agreements with internal stakeholders and external partners in order to protect operational standards and help safeguard the IKEA culture.
* To analyse and act on the results of the IKEA Customer Satisfaction Survey, IKEA Brand Capital report and commercial reviews.
* To ensure all relevant country strategies and priorities are aligned in the store business and action plan.
* Identify, recruit and develop the many talents in the Delivery & Assembly department, to grow co-workers within the department.
* To monitor the productivity of the Delivery & Assembly department in order to take relevant actions to achieve the goals for growth, budget and performance in the store business plan and logistics action plan.
* To ensure the building of business competence by supporting managers, group leaders and team leaders in setting and working on relevant goals and agreed development plans.
* To live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and thriving IKEA culture that inspires colleagues to reach extraordinary achievements in the store, specifically in the Delivery & Assembly department.
* To ensure that the department works in compliance with the IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation relating to health, safety and security and the environment.
* Understand department action plan and support the goals and targets given to me by my manager to ensure the effective execution of our action plan.
* Any security breaches must be notified concerned authority and manager.
* Be aware of all security related emergency response and follow the policy and procedures.
* I adhere to IKEA supply chain and security policy, and report to concern manager in case of any identified security breaches.

Qualification
*
Retail and home furnishing experience.
* Experience in managing big teams.
* Ability to explain ideas and solutions verbally. Good attention to detail.
* Ability to work and meet agreed deadlines.
* Experience in last mile operations.
* Ability to lead business through people by demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
* Ability to make things happen by championing flexibility, speed and simplicity.
* A considered decision-maker.
* Your leadership is based on performing and delivering while learning and developing.
