Line QC

JOB OBJECTIVE
The Line QC Prepares the daily job order & check the quality of WIP and
records it.This role involves actively participating in inspections,
monitoring process parameters, and assisting in the resolution of quality
issues.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Monitor the quality of product being produced on all machines.
* Check the details of product as per the points mentioned in iPad.
* Input the job order in the iPad to record the data.
* Visits every machine and input the details against each point in the checklist. Quantify the details where required.
* Add remarks if required. Alert the concerned person in case of any issue & takes the picture of the same.
* Verbally inform the operator and supervisor about issues in the WIP.
* Check the box, Carton, Packing, Barcode is as per the job order.
* Immediately Inform QC Officer about problems related to quality on the floor.
* Maintain a record for daily visits to the factory floor.
* Prepare samples as per the request from sales or production.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
* Executing quality check of WIP.
* Inspection of FG products.
* Achieve high and uniform product quality
* Recording the quality checks in iPad for the concerned job order.
* Good monitoring skills
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
* Bachelor's degree / DIPLOMA in a relevant field .
* ‎0-‎2 years of experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment.
* Familiarity with quality control processes and basic understanding of manufacturing operations.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving quality control requirements.
