JOB OBJECTIVE
The role of graphic designer includes, creating visually compelling graphics
and engaging videos to enhance our brand presence across various social media
platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a strong design aesthetic, a
keen eye for detail, and proficiency in both graphic design and video editing
tools.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets for social media posts, campaigns, and promotions.
* Generate innovative ideas for social media content that resonate with the target audience.
* Uphold brand guidelines and standards in all design and video materials.
* Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, annual reports, advertisement, and other communication materials
* Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and guidelines.
* Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
* Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
* Obtains approval; or concept by presenting ideas and submitting rough layout.
* Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphics
* Work with copywriters and creative directors to produce final design
* Amend designs after feedback.
* Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on - board.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
* Degree in graphic Design, Fine Arts or related fields is a plus
* Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
* Strong video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
* Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
