The Role
* Supervise and organize day to day Financial Activities in the Department. • Review monthly salary date • Monitors & controls the banking activities of the FCMA • Prepare Financial reports as per the request of the Management • Coordinating with the Management in any proposal or observation for the development of the Accounts Department. • Coordinating with the various departments for maintaining the required financial needs in the company. • Preparing tax returns periodically and coordinating with the tax agent. • Coordinating and meeting with the Accounts Department team to give appropriate directives to be applied and to provide advice to accountants related work. • Maintain all Financial Operation and transactions related to FCMA and maintain Financial accurate data. • Preparing periodic and annual financial reports, such as income statements, budgets and other financial reports required by the Management. • Ensure compliance with all tax obligations, local and federal financial and tax laws, and submit tax returns and maintain records. • Participate and cooperate in audits to verify the validity and reliability of financial operations to ensure collection of income dues and control its debts which is owed to others. • Ensure compliance with all financial policies and internal procedures and adherence to financial laws and regulations. • Manages the monthly closing of the accounts. • Verifies that all payments are authorized and accompanying deliveries are received prior to payments being authorized. • Responsible for the preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and reports required by regulatory agencies. • Assists auditors by providing supporting documentation and/or information on internal process as required for an audit.
Requirements
* Right candidate must be coming from or recently occupied a similar role with minimum 5-7 years related work experience • Right candidate must possess a high level of education; minimum bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent. Professional accreditation distinct advantage. • Must possess excellent command of English language skills, verbal, written, reading. • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to remain organized under pressure and friendly and efficient in service delivery. • Excellent MS Office skills
