Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Assistant to join our
dynamic food science research team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum
of a Ph.D. in a related field, with a strong background in food analysis, food
chemistry, and the capability to process metabolomics data. Able to employ
various metabolites software to identify and analyze MS data. As a Research
Assistant, you will play a vital role in conducting experiments, collecting
and analyzing data, and assisting in developing innovative solutions in the
field of food science. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to

Assistant will work closely with a team of experienced scientists and have
