Job Description
The job incumbent is expected to do the following tasks: - Assist the DBA
program coordinator in day-to-day matters. - Coordination with other
departments to solve student matters. - Assist the DBA program coordinator in
program admissions, dissertation defenses, accreditation visits, and related
activities. - Issue student's letters on their requests. - Email and oral
communications with students and other departments. - Record keeping of
students' reports. - Data gathering on DBA program metrics. - Other tasks
assigned by the DBA program coordinator
Minimum Qualifacation
Bachelors in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Literature or
related fields
Preferred Qualifacation
Masters in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Literature or
related fields
Excpected Skills
The applicant should have work experience of working in an office environment.
The key skillset includes written and oral communication skills, strong
interpersonal skills, multitasking, handling student matters, coordination
with other departments, and a higher sense of responsibility.
