Performs all ancillary diagnostic tests done in the eye clinic.
Performs adult & pediatric refractions.
Have knowledge/experience with all types of contact lenses.
Carries out specialized diagnostic procedures utilizing equipment such as
topography, pachymetry, automated/manual refraction, keratometry, visual field
and ultrasonography, Intra-Ocular Lens measurements, Fluorescein Angiography
(FA) & Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT). Responsible for the care, and
maintenance of all equipment's. All the work is performed during normal
working hours and beyond if required. The incumbent works under supervision of
the Ophthalmology Unit Head.
All eye clinic staff (MDs, Nurses, Ophthalmic Medical Technicians, and
Receptionists)
Bachelor's of Science Degree as Optometrist from a recognized school of
Optometry
Minimum 5 Years of experience is required.
