Basic Function


To perform various duties aiming to administer the HR related activities in
JHAH, and provide timely and effective services related to HR issues to JHAH
HR department 's internal customers.

Principal Duties



  • Provide assistance for interviewing job applicants; review application/resumes, evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems.

  • Prepare process and distribute payroll.

  • Assist in designing and conducting new employee orientations.

  • Provide support to administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers.

  • Provide assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.

  • Update organization charts based on supervisor's guidance.

  • Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.

  • HR/Employee Database Management - updating employee personnel records and running audits to ensure all information is accurate and available at all times.

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Division Administrators.


Education


Bachelor 's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or any related
field from a recognized university


Experience


Up to ‎5 years experience in relevant field.


Certifications/Other requirements as applicable



  • Excellent command in English is required

  • MSOffice Application Certification
