Branch of Emerson Process Management in Eastern Province, industrial area

Job Description/ responsibilities
As a Warehouse Assistant you will be assisting the Measurement Solutions
operations in runn ing inbound and outbound shipment, coordinating and deliver
materials to production lines, in addition to other warehouse frequent
reporting activities.
This role will include: -
* Receiving of physical shipment, verifying documents, arranging, and scanning
* Unboxing inbound packages and verifying the physical count with PO
* Filing of documents
* Booking back-to-back receipts in trackers and filing its documents
* Creating GRNs for inbound shipments
* Issuing material to production lines.
* Email communications and follow ups.
* Packing of outbound shipments
* Updating outbound trackers
* Inventory management of consumables
* Material segregation for inspections
* Safety audit for racks and equipment
* Filing of outbound documents
* Align with Emerson Ethical and trade compliance polices.
* Ensure all agreed metrics are measured and appropriate analysis completed.
* Implement actions to meet and exceed agreed KPI's and reach Flawless Execution standards.
* Pro-actively identify continuous improvement and innovation opportunities and implement related actions.
* Ensure that the Emerson business processes are consistently implemented and applied.
* Optimize usage and standardization of business tools to increase efficiency.
Any other duties are deemed appropriate by your line manager.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor 's degree in business, logistics or supply chain, college diploma
or equivalent _
_Good Communication and presentation skill.
Experience in MS office
Knowledge about Kanban, 5S and DMAIC problem solving process.
