Brief about the program
Air Arabia strongly believes that Emirati Nationals are a huge asset to the

Alif is the first letter of the Arabic alphabetics indicating commencement of
a journey. As such, the Emiratization Program shall be the initial platform
for Emiratis to progress and become the future leaders in Air Arabia. This
program gives fresh graduates the opportunity to experience workplace
preparation in a multinational and Culturally diverse organization across
different fields.
Program Duration:
The Graduate Trainee Program is 18-month program, a mixture of on-the-job
learning and classroom training. Through our Graduate Trainee Program, you
will have an opportunity to develop your skills, Knowledge, Functional
expertise and make a difference in your chosen field through structured
blended learning, hands-on projects, and continuous feedback.
Qualifications:
* UAE national with a Family Book.
* Maximum 30 years old at the time of application.
* Bachelor's Degree in the field of Finance, Accounting, Business administration, law, Procurement and Supply chain Management or any similar qualification. (With minimum GPA 2.7 or above).
* IELTS score 5 or TOEFL 70% if taken as part of university program.
* Male applicants must have completed Mandatory Military Training & services.
Outcome of the Training Program:
* On successful completion of the 18 months training program, an opportunity to work as permanent employee within Air Arabia Group with an attractive salary & benefits.
