Clinical pharmacist provide pharmaceutical care to patients by monitoring drug
therapies, reviewing medication orders, providing drug information; In
addition, clinical pharmacists provide clinical guidance to pharmacy and
health care staff.
Education: BSc or Doctor of Pharmacy (Phar.D.) degree from an
accredited college of pharmacy.
Experience: BSc. Degree at least 3 years of experience as a clinical
pharmacist. Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Pharma D) at least 1 year experience as
a clinical pharmacist. Post baccalaureate Pharm D at least 1 year experience
as a clinical pharmacist. Post baccalaureate M.S. at least 1 year experience
as a clinical pharmacist.
Desired: a post graduate qualification in clinical pharmacy
(Preferably Master Degree)
