KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Support to create communication and ongoing maintenance of their employee engagement activities to continually drive positive employee experiences.
* Ensure to plan actions' improvements and relevant to survey results and focus on our principles acting.
* Develop effective internal communications mechanisms to ensure that news and events are known internally and publicised externally as appropriate.
* Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related the events.
* Develop and produce communications' strategy and policies.
* Manage local and corporate identity and overseeing use of the brand identity
* Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all communication vehicles, Promotional materials and events.
* Plan and execute internal and external corporate events.
* Prepare corporate brand activities according to Brand strategy to achieve defined objectives.
* Control the link between DPWS and the MEDIA covering corporate news, editorials, press releases etc.
* Preparation & distribution of corporate press material (writing of press releases, preparation of press kits, slides & videotapes).
* Oversee and produce content for the website, social media and print
* Analyze and comment upon press reports related to DPWS
* Maintain effective relationships with opinion leaders and press representatives.
* Manage events, content development for events/publications - Theme and concept development for promotional materials for the events
* Write and design the internal newsletter
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
* Bachelor's degree
* A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a similar role
* Proven experience in creating targeted content
* Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
* Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
