As a Customer Service Advisor within our friendly and supportive team, you will be responsible for: Interact with British customers to provide information in response to inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction
Resolve customer’s potential problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution.
Update client’s order status on the company's online shops to follow up payment status.

Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different situations.
- English level is B2، C1 or C2
- Military service & Graduation certificate is a must
- Call center experience is a PLUS
- Excellent written English and Arabic
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel, word, access etc…
- Must be computer literate and very good at English
