Position : Receiving Officer
Location : Jabal Sayid, Medinah Province, Saudi Arabia

Responsible for :
Receiving of Inventory Managed items and Direct orders. Goods are to be
assigned bin locations as per the ERP System binning structure and
documentation entered the ERP System and filed. The main responsibility is to
examine received goods for damage, correctness and offloading of trucks before
signing for delivery. This position is responsible for marking and labelling
of incoming goods .
Qualifications:
Essential:
* Completion of Secondary School Certificate
Desirable
* Proficiency in the use and application of the following software: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience:
Essential:
* 3 years' working experience in Warehouses .
* Experience on ERP System, preferably SAP system
* Exposure to and technical know-how of materials, parts, and plant equipment
Competencies
Essential:
* Sound analytical skills.
* Strong technical awareness to be able to relate to others on technical and SOW matters.
* Understanding the Supply Chain process and its management
* Skills in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to summarize notes on meetings and to take minutes on more formal occasions, such as Contract reviews.
* Meaningful report generation and presentation.
* Ability to teach Users the fundamentals of Inventory Management and their role in the process.
