Position : HR Administrator
Location : Jabal Sayid, Medina Province, Saudi Arabia

Responsible for :
The Human Resources Administrator will play a key role in all aspects that
affect the employee during the employment lifecycle, including the employee:
on-boarding procedure, probation period, leave procedure, medical coverage,
performance management program, legal issues including grievance and
discipline cases, employee separation, and to advise employees,
supervisors/line managers on all aspects of the HR policies & procedures.
Qualifications:
Essential:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resource or Business Management. Computer
literacy in MS-Word, MS-Excel in advance level. Good command of English and
Arabic.
Desirable:
SHRM or CIPD, HR KPI's qualification.
Experience:
Essential:
Experience in a Human Resources role, with knowledge and understanding of HR
administration, policies & procedures, including in-depth knowledge of the
Saudi Labour Law
Desirable:
Experience in the role of a human resource within the construction or mining
industry
Experience with grievance counselling and disciplinary procedures
Understanding of HR systems,
Competencies:
Essential:
Fluent in English and Arabic and can relate to all employees and managers and
develop/maintain sound working relationships
High attention to detail - can analyse information and identify errors and
gaps
Organised - can work within defined timelines and work methodically towards
them
