Site Coordinator is a field / in-house position working in the Front office
operation department. The chosen candidate must be active person who can
manage the transition between RHR office and workers site or clients' head
office. The position is created to have a contact point mainly between the
workers and RAWABIHR to note and audit the work location, work environment,
workers conditions at their residence, receive workers complain and any other
duties similar to the above. The communication with higher management is done
by CAR but site coordinator must be in contact with the KAM on daily basis to
report to him any issues or concerns that the workers or the client might
have. NOTE: In some cases, more than one site coordinator will work under same
KAM especially in cases where RAWABIHR require the site coordinator to be
present on ‎24 bases at client's location. All site coordinators must work in
the Head Office operation department for at least ‎6 month before he is
transferred to field work duties. All site coordinators must be rotated
between different projects and sites and no site coordinator can stay at one
location with one client for more than ‎12 months unless with operation
management approval. All site coordinators must be cross trained as
Administrative Assistant - Front office Operation. Responsibilities & Duties
‎1. General Administrative Duties: • Act as the contact point between RAWABIHR
and the workers. • Report all findings and issues from workers to the KAM
specially the ones that could be escalated in the future to a problems or
strike. • Act as part of induction program and the orientation sessions for
new arrivals. • Explain to workers their rights, laws, RAWABIHR rules and
other HR concerns. • Support the workers with their concerns, questions or
other issues such as overtime, salaries not paid , unclear instruction from
employer and such. • Updating workers with any new rules or management
decisions by RAWABIHR management. • Coordinate between workers, operation
department and client. • Work as a mediator and problem solver with workers in

RAWABIHR goals and best interest. • Increase workers awareness of all policies
, procedures that is related to their job location and residence. • Work in
the best way to avoid any escalation of issues and cases. In other words
always try to solve all issues ASAP. • Conduct auditing visits and monitor the
work location, residence , safety issue and all other labour related issues. •
Be part of the client evaluation appraisal and rating. • Participate in
delivering and / or receiving official documents from worker and clients such
as Iqamas , medical insurance cards , etc. Academic & Trades Qualifications
Essential Desirable Vocational diploma or certificate. Diploma in Business
English skills Previous experience using computers and MS word. Additional
language ( Hindi - Urdu - Tagalo ) Computer Skills (MS Office) Work Experience
& Skills Essential Desirable ‎1 to ‎2 years' experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of Saudi labour law and Saudi business culture. Previous experience
in multicultural work environment. Manpower planning experience. Good
interpersonal skills and strong communication skills. Personal Qualities &
Behavioural Traits Essential Desirable Representable. Driving License is
highly recommended. Professional dressed. Flexible with working hours.
Organized -Time management skills. Excellent Health condition. Attention to
detail. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure.
Strong personality. Relationships With Time KAM and FOS ‎40% Other RAWABIHR
Departments. ‎10% Clients and recruited labour (At work location or labour
Residence)
