Job Description:
Lab Technician Duties and Responsibilities
MAIN DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES
1. Testing of Incoming raw-materials and ensuring compliance meets
specifications.
2. Test daily production samples to ensure quality according to APCO
procedures and customer requirements.
3. Observe, interpret and record test results.
4. Understanding of APCO Procedures and Customer specifications.
5. Performing equipment calibration on regular basis.
6. Knowledge of APCO laboratory equipments.
7. Maintain current records/files of manufacturer material data sheets and
material certificates.
8. Coordinate and demonstrate particular laboratory test to customer
representative on site
9. Report daily activities and test results to Laboratory Foreman.
10. Enforcement of Environmental Health and Safety procedures.
