* Experince in VFD commissioning
* Experience in Protecti on upgrade projects
* Able to handle test equipments like Freja, Omicron and Diagnosti cequipments like Parti al discharge measurement
* high level knowledge of Schematic drawing and autonomous schememodification
* High end protecti on relay testi ng(Generator protecti on, Distance and lineDiff erenti al protecti on, Motor Protecti on, Feeder Protecti on)
* Understanding the purpose of testing and Test result analysis
* Knowledge of Installati on basics and understanding the civil and mechanicaldrawings
* Background of mechanical troubleshooti ng
* Strong communication skills
* Effective Report writing
* Fault analysis and root cause analysis
