  • Forecasting sales target to assure resources are effectively organized and retained in order to accomplish targets

  • Research and analyze market opportunities and get enquiries from the optimistic customer.

  • Managing and planning of sales activities to meet sales targets and objectives

  • Ensure debt collection as per DSO target.

  • Maintain and update CRM data and report to CM and related department.

  • Review DMS web portal and source various project details in country of operations.

  • Review sales forecasting for the sales staff, supervising the achievement on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

  • Monitor sales in line with sales target and administrating and implementing of those plans

  • Managing customer opportunities to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is met at all times by providing prompt, thorough and professional assistance.

  • Establish key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue.

  • Conduct customer satisfaction survey and analyze the data and present to management.

  • Attend monthly management meeting.
    General Administrative Duties

  • Participating in determining training needs of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of training courses in coordination with the concerned training department

  • Coordinating with CM for subordinates' vacations, leaves …etc

  • Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions and submit to CM.
    Implementing Sales Procedures and Templates

  • Implement and maintain sales procedures and templates and to ensure internal work development and productivity increase.

  • Participating in the development of the department's work plan; distributing and following-up on work activities, programs, monitoring work flow and reviewing work methods and procedures.

  • Suggesting plans and programs that strive to boost the effectiveness of the department.
