The Saudi Logistics Academy (SLA) was established in ‎2021 to serve as the
leading provider of logistics and supply chain training in the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia (KSA). Our mission is to enable the drive to establish the KSA as
a global logistics hub by developing human capital that can help make this a

Main Responsibilities

Our Trainers:

• Teach on our vocational diploma program.


• Deliver professional short courses.


• Plan, prepare, and teach well designed sessions.


• Assess, track development, and provide feedback.


• Complete administrative tasks as required.


• Adhere to SLA standards and procedures.


• Support the ethos and mission of the SLA.


• Have a positive impact on trainees and staff.

Your key task is the delivery of quality facilitation, training, and
assessment. You will provide valuable input to our quality approved schemes of
work, session plans and training delivery resources as required. Our Trainers
encourage and motivate learners to progress into employment and build careers
in the sector.
We are seeking Trainers with practical experience of working in their area of
specialism; and either vocational training or academic instructional
experience.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

Vocational Track:

• Minimum Level ‎3 teaching qualification (e.g., AET / PTLLS/ CertEd or equivalent), with extensive competencies in teaching practical skills.


• Assessor qualifications preferred (e.g., Level ‎3 CAVA or equivalent).


• ‎5+ years of practical experience working in your area of specialism.


• ‎2+ years of experience delivering vocational training in Logistics and Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Marketing.


• Experience of working with a diverse range of learners from various backgrounds.

Academic Track:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related subject.


• ‎2+ years of experience delivering courses in Logistics and Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Marketing (e.g., CILT courses, APICS courses, CIM courses etc).


• ‎5+ years of practical experience working in your area of specialism.


• Experience of working with a diverse range of learners from various backgrounds.
