Review and comment all project contracts before signature with special focus
on, commercial risk evaluation, claim potential, compliance issues.
Serve as the point of contact for the Managing Director and Project Managers
for all contractual matters in conjunction with active contracts.
Maintain contractual records and documentation for all projects.
Monitor compliance level and identify deviations, variations and claim
potential for selected contracts.
Lead the preparation and submission of claims
Troubleshoot contract-related problems, such as breach of contract.
Guide the Business Development team on all contractual aspects during bidding
phase reviewing provided contract proposals.
Develop and implement procedures for contract & claims management and
administration in line with company policy.
Troubleshoot contract-related problems, such as breach of contract.
Provide contract management training sessions for project managers and other
employees.
Application Requirements:
BSc degree in relevant field (Business Administration, Engineering Management,
Law).
10 years of experience working as Contracts Manager in the construction or
engineering business.
Excellent knowledge of procurement and contracting policies and procedures
(KSA public procurement law)
Deep knowledge of contacts and purchase order terms and conditions (FIDIC)
Extensive knowledge in contract and supplier relationship management
Strong negotiation skills
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills (Arabic and English)
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT)
