**URGENTLY REQUIRED PRODUCTION LINE ENGINEER FOR AL QIMMA HEAVY EQUIPMENT

FACTORY JEDDAH SAUDI ARABIA**

PRODUCTION ENGINEER (MOULD & MACHINE SECTION)

Key Responsibilities :-

**Plan and coordinate production processes on a daily basis to produce

high quality products.
Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to
ensure maximum production.
Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages. Going on AX
Production system.**

**Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for

improvements.
*Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality
standards.
Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production
activities.
Work on tooling and fixtures, Preparing Bill of Material according .
Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production
goals.
Execute initiatives and write reports about operations to senior managers**

Devolop the Production Hole to ISO ‎9001 ‎2008 Procedures ***
Reviwed the Basic Design to assess the production of work involved for
completeing the work orders. Â * *
Work on tooling and fixtures, Preparing Bill of Material according . ***
Impelment KAIZENS in shop floor in the view of cost, quality, productivity
and safty  *
Going on Microsoft dynamics AX Production system  *
Responsible for development of new jig & fixture, supervising production in
process, inspecting final products for quality and correctness, packages
product as required and provide training to new staff. Â * *
Knowledge of MIG/MAG, SMAW *Â *
Maintaining welding parameters (current, voltage & gas flow rate) on regular
basis as per PQR.Make the standard of welding machine proparities for each
section and train the labor how to adjust welding machines to get to maximum
pinifet and reducing metal deformation** Â * *
Welding inspection and quality control for different structural fabricated
parts. *Â * *
Handling all Q.A. Planning & Inspection Activities. Â
Plan the schedual table to follow the primintive maintinance for production
hole machines and clear recording each machine maintinance history.

Qualifications :-

Degree Requirement:

**BSc in Mechanical Engineering / Process Engineering / Manufacturing

Engineering**

Knowledge and Experience :-

Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and
techniques, raw materials, quality systems and standards.
Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance, machines and tools,
MIG/MAG, SMAW.
