MECHANICAL FOREMAN
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-
i‚ Perform supervisory responsibilities and coordinate and oversee various
manufacturing, assembly, repair and maintenance on a daily bases.
i‚ Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules/logs, and expedite
workflow.
i‚ Establish work zones and control for employee and public safety.
i‚ Secure supplies, materials and equipment for daily work projects.
i‚ Maintain equipment and tools.i‚ Train employees in safety matters,
procedures and equipment operation
i‚ Address errors and complaints
i‚ Report to work outside of normal work hours for emergency operations
i‚ Communicate and share reports with managers and supervisors.
i‚ Execute production processes on a daily basis to produce high quality
products.
i‚ Track inventory and initiate requisitions for needed parts or supplies
i‚ Identify unsafe operations and practices and report them to line engineer
immediately.
i‚ Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to
ensure maximum production.
i‚ Reduce downtime and outages.
i‚ Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for
improvements.
i‚ Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production
activities.
i‚ Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production
goals.
i‚ Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
QUALIFICATION :-
i‚ Diploma degree in mechanical engineering
i‚ Computer program skills
i‚ 5 Years Experience is reqauired on metal fabrication and steel structure

i‚ HSE and NDT Certifications are required
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE :-
i‚ Prepare and maintain production reports.
i‚ Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary
interventions for improvement.
i‚ Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and
techniques.
i‚ Knowledge of raw materials.
i‚ Knowledge of machines and tools.
i‚ Know how to use computer software.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT :-
i‚ English proficiency in both speaking and writing is required.
i‚ Basic Arabic understanding is a bonus.
