We are seeking a Finance Manager in AlUla, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
Contract interpretation and advice/action
Client and stakeholder management.
Executive level reporting
Internal programme management
Managing and assisting technical teams to prepare task orders/work packages
Maintaining rolling revenue & profit forecasts
Reporting on project performance (Financial, commercial and procurement)
Sub-contract management and administrative
dispute claim management.
What we 're looking for
* Degree in relevant discipline
* Prior experience working within an Engineering Consultancy business.
* Has prepared project related financial reports and reconciliations relating to, project expenses,
* billing, debt, provisions, and utilisation
* Good contract, commercial and financial understanding,
* Excellent written English for preparation of task orders, contract letters and communications.
* Good negotiation skills to agree sub-contracts with third parties;
* Previous experience in government departments/client side roles;
* Large company & project financial control systems use & understanding;
* Good attention to detail and ability to review invoices and contracts prior to issue.
* Good understanding of a project lifecycle and the different measures of financial performance
