Nurse Health Care Assistant

This role main purpose is to provide professional nursing care and treatment
for Clinic Guests or other healthcare setting. This role will support Staff
Nurses, Medical team, Community Health Workers, Administrative team, and other
healthcare workers to perform required position tasks while applying public
health practices and nursing principles and qualifications, organization
values and work ethics in alignment with clinic protocols and Nahdi Guest-
ology concept.
Accountabilities
* Comply with all policies, procedures, clinical protocols, standards, and guidelines based on legislation, evidence-based Nursing Health Assistant practice.
* Assist with Patient care including taking vital signs, collecting specimen, determine any abnormal range, records, and report to the staff Nurse.
* Perform routine task under the supervision of Registered Nurse, set up equipment and assisting hygiene needs.
* Help patient for ambulation and mobilization such as transport Patients to Emergency room or other Department like Xray, Ultrasound and other procedure.
* Maintain Patient record accuracy and update on the used tools or systems.
* Contribute to Patients satisfaction by responding to the patients and their families' inquiries and questions in professional, empathetic and timely manner.
* Co-operate and work effectively with other clinic staff and medical team applying all company values and standards to ensure delivering treat with care and work regulation adherence.
* Assist the other medical staff or Nurses team in receiving and refilling supplies.
* Promotes a safe environment and safe patient care by embracing a safety culture.
* Contributes to the achievement of clinical quality outcomes and targets.
* Participates in self-education, training, and development, as applicable.
* Follow the chain of command in reporting incident, floats to and cover the zone as assigned.
* Maintain a Professional appearance and adhere to dress code policy.
The employee's duties are not limited to the above-mentioned accountabilities.
The manager can assign other duties based on the business need.

Job Requirement
Education
* Bachelor of Science field (other related majors) and/or Diploma in Nursing
* SCHS license is required in Patient Care Technician (PCT) or Nurse Health Assistant

Experience
* ‎1 year of clinical experience is preferable.

* Healthcare Information System

Languages
* English and Arabic (fluent speaking)
