The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems related to the network or

Dealing with network phones and the ability to install them and provide
technical support for them (VOIP).
It is preferable to have accredited professional certificates such as (CCNA),
(A+), HCNA (, Network Plus) and others.
The ability to deal with supporting and operational software in managing
network systems and other systems.
Ensuring business continuity within specified standards.
Preparing crash problem-solving reports and making presentations.
Raising the level of readiness of computers and the network by ensuring
continuous maintenance of equipment by following preventive maintenance
procedures.
Completing any other required tasks and work to serve the interest of
management.
