Logistics / Material Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of
supply chain management, ensuring the flow of materials from suppliers to end
user and manage orders and coordinate stock of materials and equipment to
ensure the company has everything needed at times
Subsea 7 is looking for talented Logistic / Material coordinator with any
level of experience for positions in the material handling for Operations
discipline in the Central Engineering Department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations.
* Ensuring premises, assets and communications are used effectively.
* Supervise orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs.
* Collaborate with project team to schedule all deliveries and manage all delays and ensure compliance to all material requests.
* Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers to make delivery & transportation arrangement to be set in place.
* Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
* Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* Foundation degree in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field.
* Experienced in Microsoft Office, ERP & SAP System.
* 5 Year Experience in Material logistic operations.
PERSONAL SKILLS
* Proven experience as logistics coordinator.
* Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
* Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
