Basic Functions
Responsible for the overall inventory management of the Class II/IX warehouse.
Manages Logistics/Supply Chain Management related to equipment/facilities,
equipment/parts ordering, establishing reorder levels, and receipt tracking.
Assist with shipping of repair and return items, monthly inventory reports,
stock level tracking, forecast and optimization, oversees the warehouse
transactions and quantities in the ERP System.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
A. Duties/Responsibilities:
‎1. Utilizes Aviation Logistics Technicians in Warehouse Logistics in
accordance with the appropriate Logistical Technical Manuals.
‎2. Ensures items are prepared by processing request and supply orders,
pulling materials, counting and placing in delivery order.
‎3. Responsible for the compliance with established logistics systems,
processes, and procedures.
‎4. Manages location maintenance by collecting information on stock, properly
identifying items and correcting discrepancies related to their quantity,
nomenclature, and part number.
‎5. Perform inventory cycle counts: research missing parts and report
discrepancies. Load and unload material within a warehouse or storage
facility, and utilizes hand trucks, forklifts or other handling equipment to
move material.
‎6. Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, and
standards.
‎7. Preforms within the board guidelines of duties and responsibilities with
significant choice of methods. Retains the authority to select and implement
goals and objectives within the execution of duties and responsibilities.
‎8. Perform other duties and task as assigned.
‎9. Travel between multiple locations required.

Minimum Qualifications
A. Education Level: High School diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary
education (i.e. Associates Degree).

B. Experience: Minimum of ‎5 years of broad-based experience in the fields of
supply, distribution, warehousing, and packaging required (Aviation Logistics
desired).

C. Specific knowledge, skills, ability: must possess an understanding of the
Logistics System specific to maintenance and repair. Ability to communicate
effectively both orally and written. Candidate must have the ability to
effectively manage personnel in the interaction and coordination of job
functions. Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a professional
and courteous manner. Proficient in MS Office Professional software required
(Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook, and Publisher). Proficient in
SharePoint highly desired. Demonstrated performance in the management of best-
in-class industry supply chain principles - inventory management;
forecasting/optimization and planning; stock, store, and issue; material
handling, packaging, and transportation movement, and logistics IT systems.
Strong organizational and work management skills.

D. Possess a valid driver's license.
