MS Radio Performance Engineer

About this opportunity!

We are looking for a RAN Performance Engineer who will be responsible to fit
in the Managed service team for Day to day RAN performance monitoring of major
KPI 's and to work closely with Ericsson Teams and customer.

What you will do

• Identify potential anomalies analysing the trends of the performance KPI.


• Provide all kinds of RAN performance reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).


• Create new ENIQ reports based on requests. Ensure correctness of the data to be collected & the formulas used in reporting.


• Collaborate with other functions (such as Front Office, Back Office, Optimization, Configuration Team, Network Roll-Out and Solution Architect).


• Assure the consistency of the Dashboards with trend analyses and data consistency checks.


• Run periodically (weekly/monthly) performance measure analyses to identify deviations from defined thresholds.


• Share feedback to align the performance KPIs definition.


• Trigger and support network investigation to identify the root cause of the not-optimal performance.


• Reporting on the network performance improvement correlated with the network change implemented.


• To have hands on SQL especially for generating new customized reports.
  
  You will bring!


• Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT,
  Telecom)


• ‎3-‎5 years of relevant experience In Telecommunications companies


• Deep technical knowledge in the network area of working (Radio, Transport)
