KEY OBJECTIVE

the broadest and deepest services Cloud platform available in the market.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will lead an efficient and skilled prime
organisation, driving customer success, efficient go-to-market strategies and
effective deployment of a wide pool of resources. You will have proven
experience of leading Services sales organisations, understand Services sales
cycles and know how to optimise investment to achieve maximum potential.
We are looking for a leader with a proven track record in leading teams, as a
FLM in the Services IT / Cloud industry, with a strong knowledge in Services
cross All Platform and Applications Businesses.
The successful applicant will understand Oracle's cloud value proposition and
Services related; competitive landscape; and the partner ecosystem, has a
flair for technology, will be abreast with all the latest happenings in the
Services attached to the Cloud market, and will spend time to skill and
certify themselves
You will add value throughout the Services sales process by:
* Lead a strong, hard working sales team focusing on accelerating services growth and exceeding customer expectations, ensuring you attract and retain top talent.
* Have an entrepreneurial leadership style, with full responsibility to lead, drive and deliver new services Cloud sales revenues across all oracle cloud offerings.
* Implement the Oracle Services strategy throughout the territory, driving customer success.
* Manage Rep performance through objectives, targets and with regular, transparent 1:1 feedback.
* Develop long-term sustainable relations with senior-level customers and partners.
* Collaborate with successful and supportive functions, enabling you and your team's success.
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT:
* Accountable for Services Bookings growth in KSA
* Responsible for setting the organisation strategy and direction to deliver revenue requirements
* Exhibits credibility & effectively manages internal & external stakeholders, customers & networks
* Responsible for pipeline management, opportunity management and demand generation
* Maintains executive relationships in top accounts and with Partners
LEADERSHIP:
* Experienced executive, capable of managing a diverse team
* Proven track record of executing sales successes & influencing complex deals
* Ability to lead, collaborate and communicate with stakeholders across Oracle's lines of business
* High levels of energy, passion, creativity and enthusiasm
EXPERIENCE:
* Successfully achieved demonstrable growth across multiple product lines, including a strong understanding of our Services portfolio and offerings
* Strong background and network across the KSA region
* Extensive experience in a direct sales environment
* Extensive experience managing sales teams

Manages sales of the organization 's services (e.g., maintenance and service
contracts).
Manages sales of the organization's services (e.g., maintenance and service
contracts). Group is responsible for developing new accounts and/or expanding
existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry,
product segment or channel. Incumbents at the Director and Senior Director
level typically manage other sales managers. Incumbents at the Manager level
may manage only individual contributor sales account managers and may carry
their own sales quota. The incumbent's level may be determined by the size of
the geographic area of responsibility (e.g., region vs. district vs. branch),
the size or significance of the industry or product segment for which the
incumbent is responsible, or other factors.
May be responsible for attaining sales objectives on
branch/area/district/regional basis. Responsible for a limited territory/
industry/ product line. Primary duty is to manage individual contributors, but
generally operates at a more senior level than Manager level and may manage
through subordinates. Ensures that operational policies are followed and that
business objectives are achieved. Manages and controls activities in multi-
functional areas or sections. Manages a number of projects varying in
complexity that need technical/business expertise. Focus on best practices and
process improvements ensuring effective execution of operational plan while
meeting Corporate specifications. Plans, implements and maintain budget for
functional areas or sections.
