Your responsibilities



  • Proper market sizing and channels to market definition in Saudi Arabia for LV Motors. Coordinates market analyses with Product Marketing team and Sales team members and defines appropriate forecasts and plans. Evaluates and shares customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

  • Drives the global Division strategy in the Country and to grow sales and market. Define, plan and ensure implementation of product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy. Oversee all sales and marketing activities, and support sales organizations in driving sales and services of respective products.

  • Creates, plans, and ensures implementation of the local go-to-market product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.

  • Provides product and technical support to sales team and segment leaders and ensure best in class time to quote. Upgrade sales efficiency by ensuring appropriate product knowledge (technical and sales) for each Salesperson. Ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with new and existing customers and consultants to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Understands customer needs in the market by visiting customers. Ensures the customer satisfaction surveys are executed; analyzes results and assists with corrective actions. Develops and implement product support and product training to ensure high customer satisfaction in cooperation with global PG/BU Team. Drives continuous improvement on NPS. Ensures the resolution of customer issues.

  • Protect and Grow Low voltage motors market position via world class Product Marketing and Business Development Activities.

  • Position new application-specific portfolio offerings in key focus segments, focused consultant approach. Drive sales of MOIM (Ex motor) portfolio with COG customers, spec in & influencing activity in coordination with the global COG team

  • Implements and ensures compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.


Your background



  • Ideally, you'll hold a Degree in Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

  • Minimum ‎5-‎6 years ' experience of with at least ‎3 years' experience in LV Motors.

  • Essential requirements are:

  • Effective communication internally within the organization & externally with customers.

  • Results orientation and dedication.

  • Ownership.

  • Computer skills in Microsoft office (mainly Word, excel & power point).

  • Teamwork / spirit with ability to transfer know and develop technical capabilities.

  • Time management.

  • Work under pressure for long durations with maximum / effective output.

  • Ability to improve the utilization of resources.

  • Work in tandem with Motion Business Area different teams to develop new opportunities.

  • Ability to establish new approaches and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Ability to be proactive in expecting any problems and anticipating any risks that might jeopardize BA or Division strategy.

  • Put on Place back-up plans to mitigate risks & solve any problems

  • Preferred requirements are:

  • Optimum use of tools, personnel & available company resources.

  • Knowledge of ABB Low voltage motors portfolio, selection tools.

  • OEM successful business model for packaging (Motors + VFD).

  • LV VFD basics to present value to motors portion.

  • Strong Background on Electric motors market and industry applications.

  • Awareness of Aramco specifications ‎17-SAMSS-‎503, SABIC, MAADEN and main End user technical requirements and related prevailing standards and specifications.

  • Fluency in both spoken & written English and Arabic.
