Manager, supply chain regional replenishment (KSA) drives replenishment across
all current and future stores in KSA and inbounds into KSA distribution
centers. This role is an essential in supporting and managing link between KSA
store operations, KSA Operations leaders, Shared services (logistics and CPF)
and Supply chain support center in Kuwait
a) Describe major responsibilities of the job. List them in descending order
of importance. Include the % of time the duty takes on a monthly basis in the
space on the right.
Ensure higher availability by reducing missing orders, miss-picking, damaged
or shorted items for stores. Proactively addresses out-of-stock or product
shortage issues through monitoring of resupplies and timing of outgoing orders
Collaborate with operations and market leaders, enhancing their confidence on
supply chain, leading to operations hoarding lesser inventory, including
escalation for operations field leaders, intake for planning requests, and
assortment changes. Be always available for operations so that operations
leaders do not have to spend time on supply chain related activities
Drive micro-level planning for KSA: Build operational level relationship with
local suppliers (esp. for markets financial crises), ensuring that supply is
assured from quality suppliers and risk mitigated. Adapting the market and
knowing exact capabilities of good local suppliers & planning accordingly
aligning with logistic for proper inventory) Review and validate incoming
service invoices against relevant accruals/purchase order. Review and enter
services accruals and monitors, analyze and report on expenses deviation with
the local stakeholders. Verify market specific policies are appropriate,
documented, disseminated, and required monitoring are effective.
Monitor day-to-day truck utilization striving for dynamic routing, defining
appropriate delivery frequency by product
Support business initiatives (e.g., change of supplier, change of flow, change
of route, transition of SKU etc.), communicating with suppliers, monitoring
performance, and ensuring compliance
Keep up to date on markets rules, current changes/regulations changes or
upcoming crises & being proactive to lessen the impact on business.
