Your Responsibilities
* Working on Scope and requirements mapping along with documenting impact analysis and building business flow diagram.
* Validating developed reports/dashboard/DataMart's/sourcing meets the actual requirements of end-users.
* Handle BAT sessions on the perspective of the end user considering the agreed BAT exit criteria.
* Strong experience in JIRA Kanban and the workflow status changes
* Excellent knowledge in requirement analysis, risk analysis, effort estimation, high level and low level design documents.
* Enable users in getting familiar with the reporting tool and reports and refining business the value of Self service
* Expertise in leveraging technical expertise in reviewing BRSDs, preparing business & system use cases and supporting all the documents such as User Stories, class, activity, data flow, sequence diagrams & process flows
* Successfully transformed business needs into specification of functional requirements & offered solutions in an efficient & cost-effective manner
* An effective communicator with strong relationship management skills with the capability to relate to people at any level of business and management across the globe with possess excellent analytical and negotiation skills
* Good knowledge of reporting concepts and setting up templates.
* Analytical skills and good communication
* Handle with various matrix teams, drove meetings for constructive discussion towards solution achievement
* In-depth understanding of analyzing information system needs, evaluating end-user requirements, custom designing solutions and troubleshooting for complex information systems management
