To read and to be aware of all conditions of contracts under his supervision.
Prepare manufacturing orders, material requisitions, and material correctional
documents (AMT).
Take care of daily financial dealings to fulfill work, costs, labor.
Prepare reports for jobsite preparation works under his supervision.
Prepare records for dispatching of equipment's.
Prepare records for transitional construction works.
To stick to the company estimated expenses for operations, reduce the costs,
control the hours, productivity of his crew to achieve the H.O plans.
Prepare "Time-Sheets" for staff under his supervision, follow up productivity
& quality.
To control the daily work for all his crew to perform plans, quality & safety.
To submit the necessary reports & to attend the required meetings.
Meeting the clients to solve their problems or to ask them to support our
requirements.
Dealing with the subcontractors & local helper as per company policy.
