The HiPo Graduate Program in AZM is designed to prepare High potential
candidates for future specialized in Business analysis, Project management
roles within the organization, aims to support high potential Graduates in
developing as professionals, guide their career, and increase their business
skills and interpersonal skills. It provides a unique opportunity for HiPo
Graduates to explore a broad range of disciplines across our functions and
departments, work on a variety of projects, and expand their learning and
exposure.

GPA ‎4.50 or above
* Majoring in (MIS or a related technical field.)
* Bachelor Holders from King Saud University during ‎2022-‎2023\ Or COOP expected to graduate ‎2023
* Commitment to fulfill the program duration and equal amount as work experience at AZM
