Position Summary
To manage the process of receiving, classifying, prioritizing Consulting
requests, allocating project teams and coordinating with internal and external
stakeholders to successfully fulfill the requests in a timely and effective
manner.
Major Accountabilities
Project Management
* Lead relevant project management related tasks from a PMO perspective.
* Track all initiatives, projects, and deliverables to make sure that activities are on progress.
* Introduce best practice, templates, and forms to align with international excellence models.
Requests Management
* Manage the process of fulfilling the Consulting requests (reception, classification, scoping, prioritization, and approval) by understanding the overall market trends, client requests and KAPSARC's offerings and advise key stakeholders on necessary/immediate actions to manage any constraints and challenges.
* Monitor the progress of fulfillment of current requests and understand upcoming pipeline of requests in order to adequately plan ahead and implement corrective measures when needed
* Track and communicate projects status and create visibility on all requests received by KAPSARC and coordinate with internal stakeholders at different stages of request handling, to ensure seamless process.
Resources Management
* Lead the staffing management process by analyzing resources workload, availability, technical expertise/domain and ensure that all resources profiles are up to date, in order to allocate the best-fit resources to the projects.
* Have an overall visibility on the availabilities and capabilities of all consultants/experts team members / partners, to ensure the projects are staffed with the most capable team.
* Seek feedback on the capabilities of the team from stakeholders and Engagement managers, to ensure a better understanding of their strengths and development areas, thereby helping in making better staffing recommendations.
People Management
* Organize and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
* Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to the team to support their overall growth and development.
Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
* Provide inputs to the design and implement policies, systems, and procedure so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
* Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Reporting
* Analyze the information and prepare reports and dashboards in a timely and accurate manner to meet the requirements, policies, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience
Recommended Qualifications and Years of Experience
* Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Data science, or any other related field with 9-12 years of experience OR
* Master's degree in Business Administration, MIS, Data science, or any other related field with 7-10 years of relevant experience
* Proven track record of managing client centric projects.
* Experience in the energy sector and/or consulting is highly preferred.
* Knowledge of project management tools, process monitoring and planning skills.
