We are currently looking to hire an Contract, Procurement & Supply Chain
Specialist STCA to be based in Riyadh, KSA.

Key Purpose
The Client has requested the services of a qualified consultancy team to
provide advisory / strategic consultancy services within KSA, comprising;
* Facilities Management
* Asset Management
* Property & Estates Management
* Training & Knowledge Transfer
Reason for role
In line with the wider group strategy, the contract will be the key catalyst
in growing Serco’s reputation and involvement in A&FM; Consultancy services
within KSA.
The consultancy team’s role is to support in the lead and delivery of Serco’s
contractual obligations by ensuring the successful implementation of
deliverables set forth. .
The role will be reporting directly to the FM Expert but requires an
adaptability to complex matrix project-based work, where functional and
operational management may be fluid
Key accountabilities
Provide supply chain subject matter expertise either according to the
strategic plan or in response to client request Support the matrixed
organization in the effective delivery of complex contract deliverables
Support in providing evidence based research into O&M;, construction and Asset
Management processes and systems Act as client’s representative and subject
matter expert where applicable and agreed Support the Performance monitoring
of service providers through, but not limited to, inspection audits, regular
site visits, ensure adherence to best practices & policies, performance
reporting and suggest/recommend turnaround plans when required. Provide
program controls support, supporting and overseeing specific product and
service implementation and piloting activity for end-to-end transition. Timely
follow up on the projects execution/operations with internal stakeholders.
Identify projects/operations issues to be resolved Liaise with team members
and external consultants/service providers/contractors/sub-contractors in
matters relating to service delivery; Support in recommending and
administering improvement programs Adapt to surge and ad-hoc service
requirements as specified by the client within a timely and efficient manner.
Provide a contract administrative support service to the Contract Management
team. Coordinate the management of the contract deliverables including Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs), SLA (Service Level Agreements) and other
reports. Prepare the client contracting process toward Performance Based
Contracts Coordinate the filing and record keeping requirements of the
Contract. Coordinate issue of Client and Management reports as requested.
Gather information and evidences as required for audits within the contract.
Assist with planning and policy development. Ensures that the policies and
procedures laid down by management are followed accurately at all times. Deal
with client queries and disputes, including the drafting of replies and ensure
the resolution thereof. Performs miscellaneous administrative duties.
Responsible for vendor contracts and correspondence. Creates and maintains
vendor files and ensure that all information on contract files are kept up to
date including original contracts and guarantees. This position may be
required to carry out other tasks from time to time as directed by the Project
Manager and/or Project Director and other team leaders
What we are looking for in our candidates:
Technical and Professional Skills 10 - 15 years’ experience in related field
on national / international major initiatives and developments. 5-7 years of
experience in a senior role in consultancy services. Recognized expertise in
assigned field. Record of engagement with a wide range of stakeholders and
wider commercial and public sector stakeholders. Expert in development and
implementation of best practice standards and processes. Extensive experience
of working internationally (preference for Middle East / KSA). Excellent
verbal and written communication skills. Arabic Speakers preferred. A proven
track record of instituting continuous improvement and of change management.
Knowledge Knowledge of KSA contracts + supply chain methodologies in relation
to international asset management, O &M; and construction best practice,
preferably in multiple sectors. Demonstrable subject matter expertise (and
where appropriate accreditation)
Qualifications Bachelor of Science / Engineering / Supply chain in engineering
discipline from an accredited university. Post Graduate Degree preferred
Relevant professional membership.
