JOB OBJECTIVE
To support in managing Talent Acquisition & Talent & Culture needs for Thales
in ME, KSA & Africa regions across projects and support business &
stakeholders with quality candidates & their training needs.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition
* Manage complete hiring process by providing good quality & diverse set of candidates to business
* Cultivate strong working relationships with HRBP's & Hiring Managers
* Selecting & sourcing diverse candidates from multiple sources i.e. Social Networking sites, Head Hunting, Mapping, Recruitment Portals, databases etc.
* Manage interview coordination and feedback follow-ups to close positions in proper turnaround time.
* Conduct regular follow-up with managers to increase the hit ratio of profiles as per the need.
* Create "talent pipeline" for critical positions required in region.
* Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
* Specialized in end-to-end recruitment, which is inclusive of interaction with the hiring team to understand the job description, sourcing, scheduling, and follow up until the candidate is on onboard.
* Manage "Workday" to support hiring managers in creating requisitions & full candidate management process.
Learning, Talent & Culture
* Liaise with selected internal & external training providers/consultants to organize training for the individual or organizational development needs identified.
* Properly manage vendor communication & management with Training partners
* Manage communications for Training Invitations, logistics and local support (incl. TLH room management)
* Be Key user for the region for " ULearn" tool (incl. e-Learning platform)
* Support Head of T&C on regional initiatives like Coaching, Mentoring etc.
* Promote a good Health, Safety, and Environmental culture among peers & employees.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
* Five plus years of Recruitment experience in (managing Non-Technical profiles) or Engineering Company is desirable.
* Strong relationship management and communication skills (various stakeholders at all levels)
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Reputation for integrity and dedicated work ethic with desire for ownership of process and product success
* Agility Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.
* Experience in managing "Workday" is desirable
* Experience in candidate management is desirable.
* Working in a matrix, multidisciplinary, multi-site organization is desirable
QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, HR or any related discipline
L&D, HR qualifications or certifications desirable.
