Associate - Integration

What You'll Do

• Conduct financial and operational due diligence on incoming pipeline deals of acquisitions


• Define a value capture plan for each acquisition


• Support on defining value creation plans


• Recommend a path forward on integration in alignment with key business stakeholders


• Define post-merger integration plans including process, roles, and milestones.


• Project manage integration, supporting teams in delivering on time


• Act as point of contact for the brand during integration and until steady-state and ensure a smooth handover


• Continuously improve the process to drive value capture

What Are We Looking For?

• ‎3+ years of project management experience


• Deep analytical mindset and capabilities


• Ability to independently drive solutions to problems that arise, in a short period of time


• Strong people and interpersonal skills


• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders


• Experience in F &B is a plus
