ICT Lead - Smart City

The opportunity
Project: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in
Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed use development
including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated
infrastructure. Mace is one of the Delivery Partners requiring high-calibre
and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase
of the project.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring work practices and work flow.
* Setting priorities within the work area.
* Being able to work given by the manager will be followed through to completion in a timely and effective manner.
* Maintaining VMWare infrastructure, AWS, MS Server environment.
* Solving complex problems, interpreting policy and responsibility for allocating resources to achieve outcomes.
* working under general direction around work priorities, practices and task technicalities.
* Being ability to relate to staff with varying levels of computer skills.
* Supporting the migration/growth of filesharing system.
* Ensuring compliance with information and communications policies and procedures.
* Planning and implementing secure operating environments for all staff in all locations within the organisation.
* Providing assistance with office and specialist applications for CfAT staff in all locations.
* Undertaking ad hoc project and development work under the direction of the ICT Manager.
About you
You have a relevant degree qualification. You have ICT experience. You have an
experience with web-based information management systems; good IT skills
covering Excel; Word, SharePoint, and Outlook; good experience of web-based
applications/ software; sound knowledge and recent experience of using EDM
software; sound knowledge of integrated cost and information management
systems. You will take personal development seriously and be chartered or
pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead
strong, motivated teams. You must have experience of programme or project
management equating quality and value with individual client and be hungry to
