Network Operation Engineer

Job Description:
As Network Operation Engineer you will maintain and achieve a high level of
quality for Network Surveillance , Performance & Fault Management of the
Juniper platforms in the customer's environment based on pre-defined KPI & SLA
and ensure high quality on all technical activities. Provide effective
technical support to gain the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
This position requires a strong knowledge base of (Security ,R outing ,Cloud
and DevOps) .
**Duties & Responsibilities:
* Monitor all NMS tools used for network monitoring and act accordingly .
* Maintain all networks KPIs & SLAs overall.
* Support in troubleshooting different network architectures consisting mainly of Juniper Networks
* Build and support Layer-2/Layer-3 VPN services based on MPLS core infrastructure.
* Implement and support MPLS infrastructure using both LDP and RSVP signaling protocols, including extensive support for traffic engineering and protection.
* Implement various BGP scenarios to control and influence routing exchange with both national and international carriers.
* Report any abnormalit y or problems in the network on-time.
* Prepare a d aily, weekl y & monthly data reports on-time.
* Handling customer complaints .
* Work with an operation manager s , leader s , team s and other professional services consultants providing industry leading technical services .
* Understand the customers' organizational structure and become familiar with the network operation.
* Follow the operation process and procedures .
* Transfer k nowledge to other team's members.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements: *
* Bachelor's degree in (Networking, Telecommunication, Computer, Programming) Engineering or equivalent .
* Minimum of 2 years IP Network Operation experience .
* Experience with Juniper hardware / software are a PLUS .
* Strong in Microsoft Office and Computer skills .
* JNCIP level or equivalent.
* S cripting skills .
* Strong in communication and interpersonal skills (team work) .
* Time management skills .
* English language is a must .
* Able to work under high pressure .
* O n-call support for critical issues (if required).
* Work on 24/7 shifts that include Mornings/Evenings/Nights duties at customer site.
