* nsure the railway signaling systems design is fully compliant with the Projects Requirements, Identify and validate the resolution of all the interfaces regarding the signaling systems, propose and evaluate solutions either during the design development or during construction and commissioning for any relevant issue related with or involving with the signaling systems' works. Analyze and validate the Field Design Change proposals. S
* pecifies and qualifies railway signaling components. K
* nowledge of the technical problems related to railway signaling construction activities. E
* xperienced and working knowledge of above-ground installation. I
* nteract with all engineering disciplines, construction project managers, and clients. P
* erform other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed. S
* upports the Lead Engineer in the engineering and management functions required to complete the project, familiarised themselves with the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill. * Sc or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering. E
* xperienced in working on multi-disciplinary Projects in a construction and railway environment. A

* xperienced in electrical knowledge to ensure safety in the construction and railway environment. D
* etailed knowledge of the electrical field of installation and design process. D
