Job Summary
The QC Technician (‎30000286) is responsible for overall testing and
approving the finish goods and ensure the highest products quality are
maintained based on customers ' requirements.

Essential Functions

• Executes QC testing in compliance with internal SOPs


• Visual assessment for all incoming finished product samples


• Utilize spectrophotometer for product validation


• Provide correction for all non ok items


• Report results in the required format (QC report)


• Report results for all incoming finished product sample in online QC reports


• To do filling for all incoming finished product in propriety cabinet


• To mold color chips, labeling and packaging


• Support color matchers and technicians for the color matching activities


• To do lab weighing scales check


• Responsible for continues sustaining of 5S in his area


• Caring of equipment and initiates proactive maintenance


• Wear proper PPE while operation


• Operate lab equipment and instrument properly in compliance with Avient safety principles
  QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience

• Science or engineering technical college/ institute graduate - Chemical


• Experience in working for industrial or manufacturing field is preferred

Additional Qualifications

• Saudi National is preferred


• Fluent in English is a plus


• Experience in Plastic or polymers is most preferred
