Innovation Hub Manager

About this opportunity!

As Market Area Innovation hub manager, you have the overall responsibility to
drive innovation activities and manage the operations of the innovation hub
facility in Saudi Arabia including, but not limited to, planning and execution
of different customer experiences within the hub. The innovation hub is
considered as the place to promote innovation internally and externally and to
explore new business areas while facilitating the creation of local ecosystem.

What will you do:

Create impactful customer experiences
* Manage the operation of the innovation hub facility including budgeting and expenses, resource planning, and scheduling …etc.
* Host customer delegation, seminars, workshops, events.
* Build strong relationships with customer marketers and their accounts to engage early in the customer journey and create the need for the customer.
* Engage with campaign managers and domains teams to create relevant business cases based on customer pain points pre-studies and requirements.
* Host demos.
* Execute presentations and other types of relevant customer engagements.
* Organize Hackathons, bootcamps, universities competitions.
* Mentor and coach youth and entrepreneurs/ start-ups on their business ideas aligned to Market area business case.
* Coach youth and start-ups on their business ideas
* Evangelize and engage key stakeholders to the Hub.
* Align and collaborate with other global hubs.
* Measure activation success and analyse needed changes.

You will bring:
*
Education: Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree in Engineering (electrical,
communication or Computer) or Computer science
* Project management skills, PMP is a plus.
* Years of experience: ‎5 to ‎15 years of relevant experiences
* Marketing and/or sales or equivalent experience is a plus.
* Experience in business development is a plus
* Negotiations and value argumentation skills (customer/brand/portfolio)
* Presentation and Communications skills
* Coaching and mentoring skills
* Leadership skills and stakeholder management
* English skills (speaking and writing)
* Resource management (including budget management)
* Experience from working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
* Strong leadership skills/people management skills.
* Experience from leading in change.
* Strong focus on execution and measurable results.
