Job Description
Senior QS - Does take-off, estimation, RFP for projects. Might oversee QS
staff that usually only does Payment certificates.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 15 years experience in the industry. PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and/or Engineering
(or equivalent) from an accredited, internationally recognized institution or
University. As a minimum actively working towards MRICS or equivalent
accreditation.
