pipeline of technically challenging work in hand. We are keen to find a Senior
Talent Acquisition Business Partner to provide recruitment and sourcing
support dedicated to a select number of business lines. The role reports into
the MENA Talent Acquisition Manager and can be based in Riyadh or Jeddah, KSA.
With the support of our experienced and collaborative Talent Acquisition
colleagues, you will act as a focal point and trusted advisor for all
recruitment related matters, working directly with Hiring Leaders. This is a
high-volume hands-on role with a key focus on developing and maintaining
relationships with our colleagues within Jacobs and candidates to effectively
deliver on recruiting strategies across the Middle East region.
Here 's What You'll Need:
To be successful in this role you will ideally be degree qualified and will
already have experience of delivering recruitment solutions in a technical,
consultancy or construction related business. Preference will be given those
who have already worked 'in-house', however we are able to consider
Recruitment Professionals who are currently working in agencies. As a
successful applicant, you will have: -
* Demonstrated ability to cope with multiple work tasks, leveraging support from those around you
* The ability to identify and engage professionals at all levels and from a range of disciplines
* Good understanding of developing innovative engagement and/or sourcing strategies and processes
* Excellent interpersonal skills - with evidence of proven ability to liaise and build relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidate engagement.
