Key Requirements:
❕• Min 25 years experience in relevant experience and 15 years of direct
experience.
❕• Hospitality, Retail and Real Estate Villa experience needed.
❕• Excellent knowledge of feasibility studies, FRP’s, assisting in setting
project targets.
❕• Knowledge in writing reports, reviewing contracts and counselling clients
on market conditions.
❕• Scope includes overseeing all aspects of the development and managing the
design process and budget.
❕• Excellent planning, scheduling and preparation and management experience
required.
❕• Collaborating with internal design team.
❕• Arabic speaker preferred.
Degree in Finance, Real Estate Development, Civil Engineering, Architecture or
Urban Planning.
MBA preferred.
