Assistant Head Butler
The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is looking for Assistant Head Butler candidates
with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven
leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As
a member of the Rooms Division, the Assistant Head Butler works across
disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.
The Assistant Head Butler is an integral part of the Butlers team whose main
objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. As the
first and last impression of the Hotel, this high-profile department carries a
special responsibility. They respond to a wide variety of guest requests by
accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and achieve maximum customer
satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies. They handle all
guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism,
accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer
complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel
services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events,
directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely
manner. Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone.
