We are looking for a senior railway professional to lead our project teams
providing advice on railway operations, asset management and maintenance to
clients in the Middle East.
As Project Director, you will lead a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team
from Network Rail Consulting based in Saudi Arabia.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be:
* A highly experienced Director with a proven record of successful leadership and delivery of complex railway system programmes including operations, maintenance, capital investment delivery and transformational change programmes.
* Significant experience in Entry into Service (EiS) and rail system commissioning programmes including track and civil assets, signalling systems and rolling stock.
* A strategic thinker, innovator and influencer able to deliver complex business objectives with experience of engaging at multiple levels within organisations.
* Wide ranging experience of working with government ministers, senior civil service teams and regulators within highly regulated sectors.
* Strong and visible leadership skills delivering excellence through alignment of objectives, outcomes and collaboration with a wide range of customers, funders and stakeholders.
* Operational expertise to lead organisations through operational incident and crisis management events.
* Experience in working to ISO 5501 / PAS55 requirements.
