Mastercard Intern Program
The Mastercard Intern Program is a comprehensive program where students will
gain hands on real work-life skills while having fun and contributing to a
global company. As an intern, you will be challenged with completing projects
that will enhance your skills as well as contribute to the department's goals
and objectives.
Across the ‎8-‎12 weeks, you'll jump into experiencing work & life at Mastercard
whilst gaining valuable professional experience and the opportunity to

What you'll do
You will be assigned a project within the Customer Solutions Centre (CSC)
team, the most recent advanced concept which enables Mastercard to design and
build compelling and innovative solutions aimed at optimizing our client's
potential and performance. CSC is the kitchen for Mastercard responsible for
building all innovative and complex products aimed at driving Mastercard
growth, influence, and revenue across our different product streams: Core &
Digital - Acceptance - SME & Commercial - New Payments Platform & Cross-border
remittances - Loyalty
You will join the team to support on innovative projects focused on building
state of the art and bespoke propositions for leading banks, fintech firms and
neo banks enabling them to stand out in the market.
Program Qualifications
* To be available to work Full-Time between approx. Mid-June to Early-Sept.
* A Penultimate Masters/Undergraduate Student, due to graduate between
Dec-‎2023 and Aug-‎2024.
* Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Computer Science or
Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Business Informatics/MIS with a
minimum predicted classification of a UK ‎2.1 or equivalent GPA of ‎3.0.
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with analytical and
problem-solving capability and a strong strategic & conceptual aptitude,
whilst being customer centric.
* English Language skills to a professional standard.
* Arabic Language skills to a professional standard.
* Currently based in Riyadh, KSA or willing to move.
